Mofidul Hoque gets reception
Prominent writer and publisher Mofidul Hoque received a warm reception for achieving Ekushey Padak this year. Bangladesh Gyan O Srijonshil Prakashak Samiti organized the program in city's at Kabi Samsur Rahman auditorium of Bangla Academy in the capital on Tuesday.
Mofidul Hoque is well known for his great contribution as a resourceful publisher. He has played a vital role in art, culture and literature of the country.Cultural Minister Asaduzzaman Noor was present in the reception as a chief guest. The program was presided over by emeritus professor Anisuzzaman. The Director General of Bangla Academy Prof Shamsuzzaman was also present as a special guest among others.
