Srabanti to appear in Bangladeshi TV
Popular Indian-Bengali actress Srabanti Chatterjee will be seen in a TV show in her first television appearance in Bangladesh.
She took part in a talk-show along with her Shikari co-star and Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan. The show, hosted by Mahbuba Islam Sumi and produced by Shah Amir Khasru, will be aired on RTV as part of its Eid-special package. Shikari, a co-production between Bangladeshi and Indian producers, also stars Sabyasachi Chakrabarty and Rahul Dev.
Srabanti started her career in 1997 in the film Mayar Badhon. She also appeared in few telefilms for ETV Bangla. Her first major role was in 2003 super-hit film Champion. After a hiatus of 5 years, Srabanti acted in the 2008 film Bhalobasha Bhalobasha.This was followed by a number of films including several box office hits. In 2013, she acted in Aparna Sen's Goynar Baksho.
