Road named after FF Md Abdul Hamid inaugurated in Bogura

The road named after the best son of the nation Freedom Fighter late Abdul Hamid was inaugurated at Aruil area of Maloncha union under Kahaloo upazila in Bogura on Sunday noon. Kahaloo Upazila Chairman Al Hasibul Hasan Kabiraj Shuruj, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Masudur Rahman, Muktijoddha Sangsad Upazila Unit Commander Md Najibur Rahman, Upazila Engineer Md Shahidullah, Upazila Vice-Chairman Rawshan Ara and local member (Ward-06) of Maloncha union Md Nazrul Islam and others were present on the occasion.

Among others, Lecturer of the department of English, Azizul Haque Memorial Degree College and Founding Director of The Rising Cricket Stars Club Shahin Iqbal Shujan, the youngest son of the brave freedom fighter Abdul Hannan Linkon, Locals Insan Ali, Mozammel Haque, Abdur Rashid, Ahmad Ali, Abdul Alim, Rafiqul Islam, Anowarul Haque Selim, Shiohel Rana, Osman Ali, Meherab Munna, Juwel Hossain, Abu Jafor, Ashiqur Rahman Shaju, Badol Hossan and Biplop Babla were also present.

The late Freedom Fighter was very benevolent to the local people and literate personality of the area and the Assistant Professor of Government Mujibur Rahman Women's College, Bogura, and he established his sons and daughters successfully in their respective job sectors.
