Land grabbing allegation against actor Zayed protested in Pirojpur

Local people in Pirojpur district formed a human chain in protest of land grabbing allegation against Dhallywood actor Zayed Khan. The protest rally was held in front of Pirojpur Town Club in the district on Tuesday.

A large number of people including leaders from various political and social organizations took part in the human chain. Speakers said a vested quarter is trying to spread false, baseless and fake propaganda against Zayed Khan. The Dhallywood actor didn't grab land and clinic of a hindu family.

Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council Pirojpur unit Organizing Secretary Chandra Shekhar Halder, Poura Councillor Sadullah Liton along with local Awami League leaders and social elites addressed the human chain. It is mentionable that members of a Hindu family staged a human chain on February 13 claiming that Zayed Khan had occupied their land and a clinic in Pirojpur Sadar illegally.
