‘Chittagong College’ top in district’s HSC result
Students of Chittagong College are expressing joy after getting their HSC result on Thursday. The college tops in Chittagong HSC result.
The authority has not been preparing the list of top colleges formally since last year. But, as per the numbers of obtained GPA-5, the top colleges in Chittagong are Chittagong College, Hazi Mohammad Mohsin College, Cantonment Public College, Govt. Commerce College, Chittagong Govt. City College, Bangladesh Navy College, Chittagong Govt. Girls' College, Cox's Bazaar Govt. College, Hajera Taju Degree College.
Chittagong College is the top on the list while Hazi Mohammad Mohsin College is the second in the list regarding the result of HSC in the current year under Chittagong Education Board. A total 469 HSC examinees of Chittagong College obtained GPA-5 in the current year while the rate of pass is 90.49 percent. A total of 988 students participated at HSC examination from Chittagong College in the current year while passed 894 students.
A total 434 HSC examinees of Hazi Mohammad Mohsin College obtained GPA-5 in the current year while the rate of pass is 96.44 percent. A total of 1546 students participated at HSC examination from Hazi Mohammad Mohsin College in the current year while passed 1491 students. A total 217 HSC examinees of Chittagong Cantonment Public College obtained GPA-5 in the current year while the rate of pass is 98.58 percent. A total of 775 students participated at HSC examination from Chittagong Cantonment Public College in the current year while passed 764 students.
A total 205 HSC examinees of Chittagong Government Commerce College obtained GPA-5 in the current year while the rate of pass is 99.38 percent.
