Farewell reception accorded to Daudkandi UNO Kamrul Islam

A farewell reception was given to Md Kamrul Islam Khan, outgoing Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Cumilla's Daudkandi.  

Organized by local journalists working in upazila, the farewell reception was held at the upazila auditorium on Thursday morning (May 12).  

Daudkandi Upazila Parishad Chairman Major (retd) Mohammad Ali Sumon was present at the farewell reception as the chief guest.  

Upazila Assistant Commission (Land) Sukanta Saha and Upazila Parishad Vice-Chairman Tariqul Islam Nayon were present at the reception as special guests while the program was conducted by upazila correspondent of Daily Ittefaq Habibur Rahman Habib.  

Journalists Babu Basudeb Ghosh, Md Rashedul Islam Lipu, Ali Hossain Babul, Liton Sarker Badol, Amir Hossain Amu, Hossain Mohammad Didar, Kamrul Haque Chowdhury and Sharif Pradhan also spoke at the function.  

Among others, Journalists Jasimuddin Mollah, Shahidullah Sada, Amir Hossain, Ariful Islam Dipu, Sohail Ahmed, Anis Khan, Md Shahabuddin Ahmed and General Secretary of Gouripur Bazar Committee Shafiul Bashar Sumon were present at the farewell reception.
