Lal Sabuj members call on Kosovo Ambassador

Members of the Lal Sabuj Unnayan Sangha, a voluntary organization run by the tiffin money of students, met Kosovo Ambassador in Dhaka Güner Ureya on Tuesday (June 21) afternoon at his office at the High Commission.   

The one-hour long meeting focused on tackling global climate change, improving quality of education and reducing unemployment.  

Ambassador Güner Ureya lauded the various activities of Lal Sabuj Unnayan Sangha in 64 districts of the country. The members of the organization are working relentlessly to change the society with tiffin money which impressed him so much. The envoy sincerely congratulated and thanked all the members of the organization.  

Later, Kawsar Alam Sohel, founding president of Lal Sabuj, presented two books on various activities of the organization to Ambassador Güner Ureya.  

Kawsar Alam Sohel, founding president of the organization, said that the Ambassador Güner Ureya had advised them to work towards tackling global climate change, reducing unemployment and improving the quality of education.  

Ashiq Rahman, international affairs secretary of the organization, was present at that time.
