New OC joins in Daudkandi

He formally took the charge on Monday (August 1) evening from outgoing OC Md Nazrul Islam. Prior to the new assignment, Muhammad Alamgir Bhuiyan successfully served as the OC in Brahmanbaria’s Kasba upazila.
Outgoing OC Md Nazrul Islam was also given farewell reception. Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police (Daudkandi-Chandina circle) Md Foyez Iqbal was present at the farewell reception.
Hailing from Kendua upazila of Netrokona district, OC Muhammad Alamgir Bhuiyan joined in the police force as a sub-inspector (SI) in 2000. He is blessed with three children.
The new OC said that he will strive to fulfill his professional responsibilities with honesty and sought cooperation from all to protect law and order in the upazila.
