Young Islamic Scholar Baqibillah Mishkat Chowdhury
Allama Dr. Baqibillah Mishkat Chowdhury (born 11 April 1989 Bengali: বাকীবিল্লাহ মিশকাত চৌধুরী) is a Bangladeshi Sufi Islamic scholar, politician, Islamic religious leader, and Islamic orator and social reformer. He is the Director of Historical Sadar Darbar Sharif, Joint International Affairs Secretary of Bangladesh Tariqat Federation BTF, and President of Sunni Pir Mashaikh Unity Council. He is also a leading figure in several organizations including the National Mukarrin Council Bangladesh, an organization of Islamic speakers in Bangladesh. He is particularly popular for promoting anti-terrorism and Islam.
One of the centers of spirituality in Chandpur district with a tradition of almost a hundred years, the founder of the historic Sadar Darbar Sharif was Pir Muhammad Ishaq. His 4th son is the current Pir Zakaria Chowdhury Al Madani of the historical Sadar Darbar Sharif. and his elder son Baqibillah Mishkat Chowdhury.
After the arrival of the coronavirus in the country, some ignorant people worshiping the religious sentiments of the common people and misrepresenting Islam in the guise of scholars gave misleading statements such as 'Corona is Allah's soldier', 'Corona will not happen'. infecting Muslims.” Simultaneously, Baqibillah Mishkat Chowdhury on behalf of Bangladesh Tariqat Federation BTF advised the nation to avoid public gatherings and pray at home.
