Salman F Rahman meets Russian Ambassador

 
The Prime Minister's Private Industry and Investment Adviser Salman F Rahman had a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Bangladesh Alexander Mantytskiy on 19 September, according to the verified Facebook page of Russian Embassy, Dhaka.

They had discussions on the opportunities of interaction between the business circles, given the new trends in the global economy and also highlighted a number of promising areas of mutual interest in the trade and economic spheres.

Salman F Rahman recalled the selfless and comprehensive cooperation Bangladesh received from Russia during the Liberation War of 1971. The alliance between Russia and Bangladesh stands on tested and proven grounds and the relationship between the two countries will become more consolidated in days to come, Salman F Rahman and Alexander Mantytskiy agreed. Bangladesh has sound business affiliations with Russia, Salman F Rahman said during the meeting. At the same time a lot of Bangladeshi boys and girls pursue higher studies in Russia, Salman F Rahman and Alexander Mantytskiy remarked during their conversation.
