Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan is one of the Commissioners of Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) at present. Earlier on Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan held different vital posts in Home Ministry, Energy Division and Ministry of Public Administration. He also served as the National Commissioner of Bangladesh Scouts. Moreover, he is Chairman of South Asian Association of National Scouts Organizations (SANSO). Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan leads many other social and cultural platforms.

Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan is widely known as a man of integrity and transparency. He is an enlightened man who believes in the ideology of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and upholds the spirit of the Liberation War of 1971. His appointment in ACC has uplifted the organization's image. Being a thoroughly honest man, Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan loves Bangladesh and he is one of the trailblazing figures who want to transform Bangladesh into a corruption-free country by materializing Bangabandhu's dream. Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan was born in Madaripur in 1959. He passed SSC in 1974 from United Islamia Government High School in 1974 and passed HSC from Dhaka College. He completed BSS (Honors) and MSS in Social Welfare from Dhaka University. Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan attained an SD degree from Cairo Demographic Center, Egypt. He acquired PhD in public administration. Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan joined Bangladesh Civil Service (Admin) in 1982.

Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan was promoted to Senior Secretary in 2014. He has immense respect and allegiance in his heart for Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. For this reason, most of the honest and dedicated bureaucrats want Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan to be picked up for the Political Adviser or Civil Administration Adviser post to the Prime Minister. Officials with clean image like Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan should be brought to the frontline for the betterment of the government, knowledgeable sources have said. Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan has a very kind and gentle approach to his subordinates. At the same time he keeps up a tough stance against corruption and irregularities. 

Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan has established orphanages, old care homes, technical training centers for youths in Madaripur sadar upazila with relentless efforts. He also founded a college at Pachkhola under Madaripur district. In this way Dr. Mozammel Haque Khan is serving humanity besides discharging his duty as a higher government official honestly and efficiently.

Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan's involvement in Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has made ACC a powerful and effective organization which has been playing a pivotal role in eliminating graft and anomalies across Bangladesh. Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan believes that Bangladesh would not have been created if Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was not born. Dr. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan is working hard to illuminate the esteem of the government headed by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
