"Ekram, the Ex-Marine Engineer Turned Professional Gamer and Spotify Executive"

Dubai, January 29th 2023 - Ekram, a 29-year-old award-winning individual, has recently started his journey with Spotify in the role of A&L Partnership, SAS (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka). But before joining Spotify, Ekram had an interesting career journey, starting as a marine engineer, and later, becoming a professional gamer and then an influencer and Esports Operations Manager.

In 2018, Ekram found his interest in gaming and became a professional player in a team for Nepal. He competed in 7 major international leagues representing Nepal and his home country simultaneously. His change of plan in 2019 did not go unnoticed when his contributions gave him a loving name "THULDAI" with affection by his fans from Nepal. He was a community lead for PUBG MOBILE Bangladesh, and with his excellent leadership skills and communication abilities, he had 200000 active players under his supervision.

In 2021, Ekram joined Garena as their Influencer and Esports Operations Manager for South Asia region. He was responsible for their platform's acquisition of creators, product operations, growth strategies, and Esports IPs. His record-breaking performance always kept him ahead in his areas of expertise.

Ekram's change of career path from a marine engineer to a professional gamer and now a Spotify executive is a testament to his ambition and capabilities. He believes that with the proper amount of time allocated to gaming and education, a person can be an excellent gamer and a professional being. However, he also addresses the aftermath of addiction to gaming and believes that parental control should be maintained to avoid conflicts between gaming and academics.
