Lyricist Farzana Boby Chumki… a rising star in music industry

 
Farzana Boby Chumki is a young lyricist, composer and writer who is equally popular in India and Bangladesh.

She has won hearts of many people. Her modest behavior impressed the people of two Bengals. She used to love writing since her school life. She has won numerous awards for poetry, song, recitation in annual sports competition in school. At that time, many poems written by her on language movement were published in 'Agrajatra' newspaper. Since then her interest in writing increased.

In 2018, she made her debut as a lyricist and composer. Apart from studies, Farzana Boby Chumki has written and composed several books, poems, songs. In 2018, her first song written on Bangabandhu titled 'Bangabandhu Tumi Acho' was released in the voice of Zulfikar Lelin. The song gained immense popularity across the country. In the same year, her first book 'Jharakuri' was published on the occasion of Amar Ekushe Book Fair. The book also got a good response among the readers.

Apart from this, she is working on numerous books and songs. Farzana Boby Chumki got an opportunity to work as a female lead in Kolkata's Bengali cinema. But she said no to acting. However, her journey to Bollywood has spread a web of mystery. In 2022, the song written by her in Aamir Khan Production House drew the attention to directors. Since then, she regularly travels to Bollywood.

Farzana Boby Chumki was born at Shimulia village of Khoksha police station in Kushtia in 1998. She lost her mother after three years of her birth. She was raised by her father and brother in a normal environment. Her father is a freedom fighter. She has one brother and sister.

Farzana Boby Chumki was very talented in studies since childhood. After completing Intermediate from Kushtia, she completed honors and masters from a private university in Dhaka in 2016. Currently, she is busy writing as well as pursuing her PhD degree in the United States.
