Little Magazine Sammanona 2023 conferred
 
Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy honoured six little magazines with Little Magazine Sammanona 2023 and lifted the curtain on a seven-day little magazine exhibition at a programme held at its National Art Gallery auditorium on Thursday.

Six magazines, namely Sarkar Ashraf-edited Nisarga, Habib Wahid–edited Anindya, Sajjad Arefin–edited Nandipath, Shanti Ranjan Bhoumik–edited Cumilla-based little magazine Aranika, Hafiz Rashid Khan–edited Chattogram-based little magazine Puspakrath and Farukur Rahman Faisal–edited Gouralipi, published by Chapainawabganj district Shilpakala Academy, bagged awards at the programme.

Each magazine was awarded a crest, certificate and Tk 50,000 while Farukur Rahman Faisal–edited Gourolipi was awarded Tk 25,000 as prize money.
Former Dhaka University vice-chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique was present as chief guest and noted researcher Mafidul Haque was present as discussant at the programme, which was presided over by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy director general Liaquat Ali Lucky.

Secretary of the BSA Salahuddin Ahmed delivered the welcome speech and researcher and author Israel Khan read a keynote paper titled Bangladesher Chhotokagoj Chorcha at the event.
