Compensation distributed among coal mine affected in Dinajpur
 
The compensation cheques were distributed among a total of 43 affected people of Barapukuria Coal Mine project and India-Bangladesh Friendship Pipeline Construction project in Parbatipur of Dinajpur.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Md Anisur Rahman distributed the cheques among the affected people at a public awareness meeting held at upazila parishad hall room on Monday marking the Land Service Week. 

Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Ramiz Alam presided over the meeting while Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar circle) Sheikh Md Jinnah Al Mamun, Upazila Chairman Imdad Sarker and Vice-Chairman Md Robiul Islam Suhag were present as special guests.

DC Office Revenue Deputy Collector (RDC) Md Arifuzzaman conducted the program. DC Office Land Acquisition Officer Mir Md Al Kamah Tamal, Assistant Commissioner (Record Room) Md Multamis Billah, Shashra UP Chairman Md Moksed Ali Rana, among others, were present on the occasion.
