Principal Shahjahan Shaju conferred honorary doctorate degree

In recognition of playing an important role in education sector' for the development of the nation and society, Principal Shahjahan Alam Shaju, has been conferred honorary doctorate degree by The Thames International University, France on 'Educational Leadership & Management' (Dedication, Experience, Achievements, Contribution Towards Nation and Society.     

Principal Shahjahan Shaju, also the secretary to non-government teachers-employee, received the certificate of the honorary doctorate degree with seven distinguished personalities from seven countries of the Asia region at the 'Asia Pacific Education Summit & Awards' giving ceremony at a hotel in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, on Sunday evening (May 28, 2023).   

To mention, Principal Shahjahan Shaju is a teacher, writer, researcher and political personality. Books penned by him 'Islam O Bangabandu (Islam and Bangabandu)', 'Muktijoddha Ebong Ashuganj (The War of Liberation and Ashuganj), ''Shekorer Sondhane (In search of roots)', 'Sheikh Hasina Jokhon Karagare (When Sheikh Hasina was in jail)', 'Phire Dekha 1/11 (Look back 1/11)', 'Biswa Bijoyi Sheikh Hasina, Sontrash Jongibad Ebong Bangabandu (World-conquering Sheikh Hasina, Terrorism-Militancy and Bangabandu)' have earned wide praises from readers.   

Principal Shahjahan Shaju has immensely been contributing to the education sector in the country. He has set up many educational and religious institutions in different parts of the country including his native town Brahmanbaria's Ashuganj.     Principal Shahjahan Shaju has been serving as the general secretary of 'Shadhinota Shikkhak Parishad', a pro-liberation platform and country's largest organization of professionals, since the establishment of the organization. He has also been discharging his duties with sincerity for over 13 years as the secretary to the welfare trust.
