Malian forward SouleymaneDiabate slammed a brilliant hat-trick as Mohammedan Sporting Club thrashed Azampur Football Club Uttara by 6-0 goals in the Bangladesh Premier League football that resumed on Friday at ShaheedDhirendranathDatta Stadium in Cumilla, BSS report.

Apart from Dibate's hat-trick with three goals in the 10th, 68th and 89th minutes, Nigerian forward Sunday Emmanuel, midfielders Sanowar Hossain and ShahriarEmon supported him with a lone goal each in the 49th , 54th and 83rd minutes for Mohammedan SC who led the first, half by, 1-0 goals in the one sided affairs.

With the day's win, the traditional black and white Motijheel outfit Mohammedan moved up to fourth position in the league table with 26 points from 18 matches, while relegated Azampur Football Club remained bottom of the table with five points by playing the same number of matches. 

Earlier, in the first leg, Mohammedan blanked Azampur Football Club also by the same identical margin of 6-0 goals held at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh, courtesy of a hat-trick by Diabate.

Meanwhile, Defending champions Bashundhara Kings registered a comfortable 3-1 goals victory over Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club by 3-1 goals at Sheikh FazlulHaque Mani Stadium in Gopalganj.

In the day's match, Brazilian midfielder Miguel Figueira, his compatriot Dorielton and Robson supported him with a lone goal for the Kings, who led the first half by 2-0 goals.

Midfielder Abu Shaeid netted a lone goal for Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club.
The Kings took the lead early when Miguel Figueira opened an account in the 3rd minute and forward Dorielton doubled the lead, scoring the second goal in the 42nd minute of the match.

After the resumption, striker Robson further widened the King's margin, scoring the third goal converting a spot kick in the 77th minute, while Abu Shaeid reduced the margin, scoring a lone goal in the 90th minute of the match.

The day's win saw them maintain the lead with 52 points from 19 matches, while Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club, who stand in sixth position in the league table, remained at their previous collection of 21 points on playing the same number of outings.

Earlier, in the first leg, Bashundhara Kings blanked Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club by 3-0 goals held at Bashundhara Sports Complex in the city.
On the other hand, ShekhRusselKrira Chakra blanked Fortis Football Club by 2-0 goals at Bashundhara Sports Complex in the city.

In the proceeding, Nigerian forward MfonUdoh and his compatriot Kenneth Ikechukwu scored one each for Sheikh Russel after leading the first half by 1-0 goal.

Udoh put Sheikh Russel KC ahead scoring the first goal in the 33rd minute while after the breather Ikechukwu sealed the victory scoring the second goal in the 63rd minute of the match.

The day's win saw, Sheikh Russel KC, who stands at fifth position in the league table, secured 26 points from 18 matches while Fortis Football Club ranked seventh position with 20 points playing the same number of matches.

Earlier, in the first leg, Sheikh RusselKrira Chakra edged past Fortis FC by a solitary goal held at Rajshahi District Stadium in Rajshahi.
