Nurunnabi becomes billionaire thru MTFE; new trap ‘GTC-X’

 
Nurunnabi alias Palash, known as one of the masterminds of cryptocurrency and hails from Kadmatoli village of Chaudala in Gomstapur upazila of Chapainawabganj, has become billionaire  due to the welfare of MTFE, a so-called Dubai-based trading company,.

After the shutdown of MTFE, Nurunnabi has started working on another new app GTC-X. Even on August 17-19, some of the GTC-X Bangladesh team toured Cox's Bazar. Nurunnabi was a part of the tour.

According to secret sources and investigations, Nurunnabi is one of the masterminds of money laundering and online fraud, including buying and selling of cryptocurrencies. Through these, he has grabbed a huge amount of local and foreign currency.

In order to become rich, Nurunnabi resorted to various tricks, tactics or fraud. By dint of fraud, he has now become a billionaire.

For several years, some unscrupulous people have been scamming common people by luring them to invest money in various fake companies in cryptocurrency. At least Tk 500 crore has been laundered from Chapainawabganj district through illegal online crypto trading company MTFE cryptocurrency. Nurunnabi has traded all the dollars of Tariqul Islam, the owner of this Dubai-based company. Tariqul Islam and Nurunnabi are partners of each other.

The alleged Nurunnabi admitted his involvement in illegal virtual currency transactions. He was the Purple Diamond of an illegal online crypto trading company that was recently shut down. He claimed that he and his family had suffered losses of Tk 4 crore by investing in the trading company.

Contacted, Abul Kalam Sahid Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) of Chapainawabganj, said, “No complaint is made yet. If any such complaint is made, necessary legal action will be taken against the culprits on investigation.”
