Afzal Hossain returned home after recovering

 
 
Veteran actor-producer Afzal Hossain was ill for several days. He was admitted to a private hospital in Dhaka on September 4 when he contracted pneumonia. His physical condition has improved. He returned home from the hospital yesterday after being free from anxiety.

Meanwhile, ICT Division Presents 'Channel I Digital Media Awards 2022' was held last Saturday night for the third time.In this event, Afzal Hossain won the best actor in the web series category. The judges chose Afzal Hossain as the best actor for the 2022 hit web series 'Bodh' directed by Amitabh Reza Chowdhury.The talented actor was not present at the event as he was ill and under treatment in the hospital. However, Afzal Hossain was given the best actor award at the hospital.He took it while lying in the hospital bed. Afzal Hossain started his career by acting in theater in the mid-seventies. Later he became a listed performer in Bangladesh Television. After that he acted in many plays.He also won praise for his acting in 'Dui Jeevan', 'Natun Bau' and 'Palabi Keer'.

Since 1984, he has produced advertisements. Once upon a time, the Afzal-Suvarna duo was well received by the audience. The duo created a stir by acting in many popular dramas.
