Wazed Miah Gold Medal Award to be handed over today

 
Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah International Award will be handed over today at a function at the National Press Club in Dhaka. At the same time, a discussion will be held titled "The Role of Scientists in Building Smart Bangladesh" and celebrating Earth Science Week-2023.

Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah was a renowned scientist who made significant contributions to the scientific and community.

The award will be given to honor the achievements and contributions of individuals who have excelled in their respective fields. The programme organizer delighted to present this award to a distinguished group of individuals who have made significant contributions in various fields. In this programme freedom fighter Md. Abdur Rahman, Presidium member of Bangladesh Awami League will be chief guest and A.K.M. Farhadul kabir, founder and central president of Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah Memorial Foundation will preside over the event.
