ATM Sir has changed the fortunes of millions of youngsters by uploading videos on online platforms. After watching his videos, many unemployed youths learned English and freelancing and became successful today, and this is how millions of youths changed their fortunes.

It is known that besides English, ATM Mahmud inspired the unemployed to build a prosperous life. He is popularly known as 'ATM Sir'.

Many have been inspired to study again after watching ATM Sir's video. One of them is Shihab, an Uber driver. He who has achieved success. He Passed the SSC exam this year and is now admitted to college.

Shihab, who has just joined the college, said, "I can't say anything like Sir. But to me, he is a magician, a peddler of humanity. Because of Sir, I got school admission again with a gap in studies and passed the SSC exam in 2023 with a 4.25 GPA. I am grateful to Sir."

Shihab, an Uber driver, does not want to stop here, but his interest in getting educated in higher education still exists in his eyes—moreover, Shihab dreams of making himself a successful freelancer.

Not only Shihab; ATM Sir has witnessed the success of the unemployed youth of Bengal who are less educated or well educated.

ATM Sir said I think education is the birthright of human beings. Rich and poor and age cannot be a barrier to this right. I just tried to arouse Shihab's curiosity. He came to my office and was a little hesitant if he could! I just tried to overcome his dilemma. Because Shihab's smiling face mixed with gratitude is my most significant achievement."

He says he does not do these things, hoping to get something or to be discussed in society. He does not want to deprive some young people of the joy of being able to guide themselves through him.

ATM sir thinks our fragile education system is responsible for the unemployment of many youths in the country. He said, "We are stuck in the labyrinth of traditional knowledge. Most graduate-educated youth entering the job market every year do not have practical educational knowledge. As a result, when asked to write an application form in English, they cannot write it correctly. This is enough to make a nation fall behind. Frustration is also building among these educated youths without getting jobs. Being depressed, they consider themselves a burden to society and family. However, these young people can become the country's wealth only if they can bring innovation in English language skills and communication. The world is now flourishing with new professions, including freelancing. Our youth also need to prepare themselves to keep pace with the times.

He also said I focus mainly on these topics in my videos or classes. I don't know how much I can do, but I am satisfied if I can awaken the urge to live among less educated or educated youth like the Shihabs. If even a young man gets depressed and commits suicide, as a man of the country, I cannot avoid the responsibility of that failure."

ATM sir wants to work with these young people till the end of his life. He Wants to give the youth a joyful environment for education and learning. The world in which students will find themselves engage themselves in various creative activities.
