Role of RDA-run cooperative-based housing "Polli Janopad" discussed

 
The role and extension of cooperative-based multi-storied housing "Polli Janopad" was discussed in a seminar at IT building of Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogura on Monday.The motto of the housing is to make Bangladesh as a smart country by ensuring housing for the root-level people with modern civic facilities under the second revised project for developing the life-standard of them.

Director General (DG) of Rural Development Academy (RDA) of Bogura and Additional Secretary of Bangladesh Government Md. Khurshid Iqbal Rezvi was present as the chief guest while Additional Director General of RDA, Bogura, Dr Abdullah Al Mamun was present as the special guest.
Director (Training) of RDA, Bogura, Md Ferdous Hossain Khan presided over the seminar.

Initially, the keynote paper was read-out by Project Direct of the multi-storied housing Polli Janopad and the Joint-Director of RDA, Bogura, Md Delwar Hossain who played vital role in running the reality-based project in Rajshahi, Rangpur and Dhaka divisions.The chief guest RDA DG Md Khurshid Iqbal Rezvi said in his inaugural speech of the seminar that every village will get opportunities of the town which was dreamt by the father of the nation.

The use of arable land for habitats will be deceased and the motto of the project is to make Bangladesh as food-secured country by using its lands and RDA has been working on such excellent and time-framed issues of the country and that's why, RDA, Bogura has so far become the center for excellence and achieved "Independent Award" by the government, added the RDA DG.
