Professor Md. Zahir Uddin Arif wins best faculty of Year' in South Asia

Professor Md. Zahir Uddin Arif, Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Studies, Jagannath University, Bangladesh has achieved the remarkable London School of Digital Business (LSDB) Regional Education Award (LREA Award 2023) for Best Faculty of the Year from London School of Digital Business, United Kingdom.

London School of Digital Business of the United Kingdom announced this on 7 December 2023.

Professor Md. Zahir Uddin Arif has dedicated the award to his beloved students, graduates, teachers, colleagues and well-wishers. He is a devoted academician and researcher of Bangladesh and South Asia. His 45 research articles have been published in peer-reviewed national and international journals with repute and 20 research papers have been presented in national and international conferences.

Professor Arif has conveyed his thanks and gratitude to UNESCO Laureate Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu, Vice-Chancellor, Crown University International Chartered Inc., Argentina, and constituent partner campuses worldwide for nominating him for the award.

This year, academicians, researchers, and practitioners from 32 countries of the world have achieved the LREA Awards 2023 in different categories.
Professor Arif is a trustee board member of Crown University Int'l Chartered Inc., Argentina, and Global University Bangladesh, Barishal. He won the 2022 Emerald Literati Award from the South Asian Journal of Marketing, Emerald Publishing Limited, United Kingdom for his outstanding paper.
