Blankets distributed among cold-hit people in Brahmanbaria

A total of 74 blankets were distributed from the Prime Minister's Relief and Welfare Fund among the cold-affected poor and helpless people of Vedic communities living in Asharyan Project of Machihata union under Sadar upazila of Brahmanbaria district on Monday.  

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mohammad Habibur Rahman Haque handed over the blankets as the chief guest among the cold-affected poor people of Vedic communities living in Asharyan Project of Machihata union under Sadar upazila this afternoon. 

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Saiful Islam, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Ziaul Haque Mir, Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Salim Sheikh, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mosharraf Hossain, among others, were present on the occasion.
