Sheikh Mamun Khaled made Chairman of Ring Shine Textiles Limited

The Board of Directors of Ring Shine Textiles Limited has made Lieutenant General (Retd) Sheikh Mamun Khaled, PhD the Chairman of the organization. Ring Shine Textiles Limited has been restructured under the directives of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

Former District and Sessions Judge Borhan Uddin Ahmed has been made Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of Ring Shine Textiles Limited. Dr. Mohammad Sogir Hossain Khandaker has been made Chairman of Audit Committee. Azhar  Uddin Bhuiyan has been made Chairman of Compliance Committee. The reorganized authority of Ring Shine Textiles Limited has decided to work to boost the production of the company and to obliterate the company's existing complications and will make the best of their efforts to establish transparency, good governance and accountability.
