DMP pays respect to language martyrs

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) on Wednesday paid rich tributes to the language martyrs on the occasion of 'Shaheed Dibash' (Martyrs Day) and the International Mother Language Day. Commissioner of DMP Habibur Rahman on behalf of the DMP paid respect to the language martyrs by placing wreaths at the Central Shaheed Minar in the capital.

Meanwhile, Additional Commissioner (promoted to the post of Additional Inspector General of Police Addl-IGP) AKM Hafiz Akhtar, Additional Commissioner (promoted to the post of Addl-IGP) Dr Kha Mahid Uddin; additional commissioner Md Munibur Rahman; additional commissioner and CTTC chief Md Asaduzzaman; additional commissioner and DB chief Mohammad Harun or Rashid; joint commissioners, deputy commissioners and others were present at the time.
