Army Chief returns from Qatar

Chief of Staff of Bangladesh Army General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed returned to Bangladesh from Qatar on Wednesday.

General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed attended Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference 2024 on 4 and 5 March. Higher military officials from different countries exchanged views with each other during the above conference on mutual cooperation, training programs, resolving regional conflicts, fortifying regional security, modernizing military forces etcetera.

General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed also had meetings with senior military officials from various countries who joined this conference. General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed left for Qatar on 3 March 2024.
