Army Chief march pasts for Recruit Batch 2024 held in cantonments

The Army Chief March Pasts for Recruit Batch 2024 were held across Bangladesh on Tuesday (5 November 2024) in a number of cantonments. Troops recruited for Armored Corps, Army Service Corps and Ordnance Corps joined the marc pasts in Armored Corps Center and School in Bogura Cantonment, Army Service Corps Center and School in Khulna Jahanabad Cantonment and Ordnance Center and School in Rajendrapur Cantonment under Gazipur district respectively.

Major General Md. Khaled Al Mamun from Bogura Cantonment, Managing Director of Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory Major General Md. Nahid Asgar and Major General Md. Maksudul Haque from Ministry of Foreign Affairs inspected the parade and took salutes.

The high-profile Bangladesh Army officers named above instructed the newly recruited soldiers to gain required professional capability, dedication and skills for the betterment of their motherland encouraged them to uphold the glorious legacy of Bangladesh Army. Army officers of different ranks and files, soldiers and other invited dignitaries were present on the occasion, according to a press release issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
