Abdullah Al Noman's Janaza in Ctg on Friday

People of all strata as well as BNP leaders and workers of Chattogram have been waiting eagerly to have a glimpse and bid a farewell forever to their popular and beloved leader Abdullah Al Noman who breathed his last at his Dhanmondi residence in the capital early morning yesterday.

BNP city unit leaders said several thousand party leaders and supporters as well as other political parties, well-wishers and admirers of Abdullah Al Noman from far flunk areas of greater Chattogram are expected to join the Janaza to be held in the city.

 
Saayed Al Noman Babu, only son of late Abdullah Al Noman, told BSS that they are waiting for arrival of his elder sister, only daughter of Noman, from USA who are expected to reach Dhaka on Thursday morning.

According to family decision, Babu said, his father's Namaz-e-Janaza in Chattogram will be held at Zamiatul Falah Mosque ground in the city after Zumma prayers on next Friday.

Later, he will be laid to eternal rest at family graveyard after another Janaza after Asr prayers at ancestral village of Gahira under Raozan upazila in the district.
