BAF awards honorary commissions and ranks to officers

Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) awarded honorary commissions and ranks to a number of non commissioned officers on Wednesday (26 March 2025) on account of Independence Day, states a press release from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Assistant Chief of Staff of Bangladesh Air Force (Planning) Air Vice Marshal Md. Sharif Uddin Sarker adorned 07 Master Warrant Officers with the ranks and badges of Honorary Flying Officers while 03 Honorary Flying Officers were decorated with the ranks and badges of Honorary Flight Lieutenants in Air Headquarters yesterday in a ceremonious style.

High-ranking Air Force officers, Base Commanders, Unit Commanders, Directors of Air Headquarters and some other invited guests were present on the occasion.
