Bangladesh Navy Ship BNS Khalid Bin Walid left Chattogram on Thursday for Malaysia in order to participate in the 17th Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025. Chief of Staff of Bangladesh Navy Admiral M Nazmul Hassan gave a speech to the officers and sailors on board BNS Khalid Bin Walid with necessary directives and guidelines.
The above exhibition in Malaysia will be going on for five days. Navy officers, ships, maritime experts and aeronautical specialists from different countries will visit the exhibition. BNS Khalid Bin Walid is skippered by Captain M Ezaz Masud which comprises 229 members belonging to Bangladesh Navy including 34 officers.
BNS Khalid Bin Walid is scheduled to return to Bangladesh on 29 May 2025, according to a press release received from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday.
