Bangladeshi  AI Researcher Md Kamrul Siam Wins Prestigious Edward Guiliano Global Fellowship

Md Kamrul Siam, a Bangladeshi Ph.D. student and research assistant in computer science at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), has been awarded the prestigious Edward Guiliano Global Fellowship. He is also the CEO (currently on leave) of the Bangladeshi tech startup AI-Vision Limited.

Siam's academic work focuses on artificial intelligence, including machine learning, computer vision, and human-computer interaction. His research portfolio includes several peer-reviewed publications in areas such as agricultural prediction and interdisciplinary technology applications.

The Edward Guiliano Global Fellowship offers this prestigious opportunity to four different institutions including New York Institute of Technology, Stony Brook University, and, Brown University. This fellowship supports innovative student-led projects that promote global engagement, research, and creative exploration.
