FCA, FCS, chairman of the audit committee, Professor Dr. M. Masud Rahman, chairman of the risk management committee and Md. Abdul Jalil, independent director, Md. Omar Faruk Khan, managing director (current charge), Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, member secretary of Shari’ah Supervisory Council and Mohammad Jahangir Alam, company secretary of the bank, attended the meeting.
