Mamunul Haque's Afghanistan tour will jeopardize everyone: Roney

 
Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish Amir Mawlana Mamunul Haque's sudden visit to Afghanistan will put everyone in trouble. Former Member of Parliament (MP) Golam Mawla Roney made this comment on Tuesday (23 September 2025) while speaking on his YouTube channel.

Golam Mawla Roney said "An Islamic political leader from Bangladesh has been visiting Afghanistan. Over there he has taken photographs with a senior Taliban official which is being discussed and debated."

Golam Mawla Roney further said "At present relationship between Afghanistan and western countries is not in a good shape. Afghanistan has unofficial ties with China and Russia. Afghanistan is almost isolated from the whole world currently. Radical Islamist leaders in Bangladesh treat Afghanistan as a role model."

Golam Mawla Roney stated that Indian intelligence division RAW is promoting in the international arena that militancy is drastically rising in Bangladesh and attempts are going to establish a Taliban-styled government in Bangladesh. Golam Mawla Roney added that the severe outbreak of mob violence has triggered unrestrained panic throughout Bangladesh for last one year. 

Attacks on minorities and vandalizing shrines have made it difficult to promote Dr. Muhammad Yunus's interim government, Golam Mawla Roney remarked. He went on to say that several Islamic preachers in Bangladesh including Mamunul Haque are blacklisted in the western countries.
