13 elected as council members of ICSB

 
A total of 13 members were elected as the council members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) for the 2025-2028 Term.

The Election to the sixth Council of the ICSB was held yesterday at a hotel in the capital under the provision of the Chartered Secretaries Act, 2010.

A total of 519 members exercised their voting rights in the election in a festive mood. Some 30 members contested in the polls out of which 13 were elected as the council members of ICSB for the term of 2025-2028, said a press release on Sunday.

The elected council members are: Mohammad Shahajahan, Hossain Sadat, Md. Sharif Hasan, Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, Md. Mizanur Rahman, Khondakar Nasir Uddin Mahmud, Md. Humayun Kabir, Md. Rafiqul Islam, Mohammed Harun-Ar-Rashid, M Nurul Alam, Md. Robiul Islam and M Mazedul Islam.
