Musical band Aurthohin unveils new album's spellbinding content

Aurthohin, one of the most famous musical bands across Bangladesh and beyond, is all set to globally release their highly anticipated new album, 'Phoenixer Diary 2'. This sequel is poised to bring about a dramatic and dark turn for the band and their musical creativity. Aurthohin singers and artistes addressed a press conference in the capital yesterday at a hotel.

It was informed during the press conference that the musical album Phoenixer Diary 1 introduced the Bangla Nu Rock genre, a different dimension in rock music which was recognized by Spotify. Speakers at the press conference said that the upcoming album Phoenixer Diary 2 will spellbind audiences with the striking and unprecedented illustration of vengeance, endurance and rebirth. 

According to the singers belonging to Aurthohin, Phoenixer Diary 2 will be released on 17 October 2025 throughout all prominent entertainment windows including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and Qobuz. A song from the new album "Unmad" was released on 2 October and listeners can enjoy it on YouTube. Aurthohin lead vocalist Bass Baba Sumon spoke in details at the press conference and answered questions from journalists. He added that the new album is dedicated to the memory of music director and artiste AK Ratul who passed away recently.
