National Road Safety Day observed in Naogaon

The National Road Safety Day- 2025 was observed in Naogaon district on Wednesday with the theme of "Use quality helmets and maintain safe speed - reduce loss of life and property". Marking the day, Naogaon District Administration and the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) jointly brought out a colorful rally, which paraded various important roads in the district. Later, a discussion was held at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner.

Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Awal attended the program as the chief guest while BRTA Motor Inspector Aftabul Islam conducted the program. 

The speakers said the Traffic Law should be maintained properly and driving license should be issued while maintaining all procedures.

Additional Superintendent of Police Joybruth Pal, Naogaon Civil Surgeon Dr Md Aminul Islam, Naogaon Road Division Executivve Engineer Rashedul Haque, and Nirapad Sarak Chai Andolon Naogaon district committee president ASM Raihan Alam were present as special guests. Local dignitaries and schools students were present at the program, Later, helmets were distributed among the participants.
