Md. Rezaul Haque has been awarded the prestigious Supply Chain Excellence Award 2025 at the International Royal Golden Fellow Award Ceremony and the Fourth International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research Trends in European, Asian and African Countries (IRTEC 4.0, 2025), held on October 30–31, 2025. The selection committee evaluated numerous high-impact research submissions from across the globe, and Mr. Haque’s research abstract stood out for its exceptional insight and alignment with the conference theme. The award was jointly conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and the Eudoxia Research Centre, India.
During the conference, Mr. Haque presented an innovative unified strategic model integrating supply chain resilience with adaptive marketing strategies to strengthen business sustainability. His empirical framework offers managers a practical roadmap to sustain operations during disruptions through digital transformation, strategic adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration—ultimately fostering long-term growth. With participation from scholars and professionals representing more than ten countries, the event recognized outstanding contributions across five major award categories.
Mr. Haque’s research makes a significant scholarly and managerial contribution by empirically establishing the link between supply chain resilience, marketing adaptability, and post-pandemic business sustainability. Using a mixed-method approach involving data from 265 companies and 30 executive-level interviews across South and Southeast Asia, his study reveals a strong positive correlation between resilience and adaptability (r = 0.78, p = 0.01). The findings highlight that digital logistics systems, supplier diversification, and AI-enabled marketing practices can enhance customer retention by 35% and accelerate business recovery. His work introduces a comprehensive Post-Pandemic Business Sustainability Framework, equipping organizations with actionable strategies to strengthen competitive advantage through technology, flexibility, and operational excellence.
