IFIC Bank signed a(MoU with Japan Bangladesh Friendship Medical

IFIC Bank PLC has signed a Memorandumof Understanding (MoU) with Japan Bangladesh Friendship Medical ServicesLimited to provide exclusive healthcare benefits to its customers, employees,and their family members. The agreement was signed on Wednesday (19 November2025) at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka.

 

Under this MoU, IFIC Bank’s customers,employees, and their dependents will be able to avail a wide range of advancedmedical services at Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital at special discountedrates.

 

Mr. Helal Ahmed, Head of Operations,signed the agreement on behalf of IFIC Bank PLC, while Mr. Sarder A. Razzak,Director, Finance & HR, signed on behalf of Japan Bangladesh FriendshipHospital.

 

Senior officials from bothorganizations were present at the ceremony. Representing IFIC Bank were Mr.Md. Monitur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & ChiefInformation Officer; Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director &Chief of Branch Business; and Mr. K.A.R.M. Mostofa Kamal, Deputy ManagingDirector & Chief of HR & Logistics.

 

From Japan Bangladesh FriendshipHospital, the attendees included Mr. Murad Hossain Khan, Executive Director;Mr. Shohidul Alam Ripon, General Manager; Mr. Md. Masud Khan, Deputy GeneralManager; along with other senior officials from both organizations.
