Nadim Mahmud, General Secretary of Jubo Odhikar Parishad has complained that the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) did not make any move even after receiving graft allegations about Advisers Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan and Mahfuz Alam. These two young Advisers to Bangladesh interim government submitted resignation letters to the Chief Adviser a couple of days ago.
Nadim Mahmud raised questions about the neutrality of ACC while addressing a press conference in the capital's Bijoy Nagar on Thursday (11 December 2025).

Nadim Mahmud called upon ACC to start investigating the corruption allegations which have hit news headlines on Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan and Mahfuz Alam. Nadim Mahmud also urged the authorities concerned to disallow Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan and Mahfuz Alam from contesting elections.
