A Dhaka court on Sunday placed Md Abdul Hannan, owner of the motorbike used by assailants in the shooting of Inqilab Moncho convenor Sharif Osman Hadi, on a three-day remand.

Metropolitan Magistrate Didarul Alam passed the order after police produced Hannan, before the court and requested to place him on a seven-day remand based on a general diary (GD) filed in connection with the incident.
