Dinajpur Collectorate School & College celebrated the silver jubilee as the school and college completed its 25 years on Monday.
The school and college organized various programs including colorful rally, discussion meeting, reception for meritorious students, memorial services, cultural programs, and lantern festivals to mark the occasion.
Dinajpur Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md Rafiqul Islam attended the program as the chief guest while Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education & ICT) S M Habibul Hasan was in the chair.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Md Jedan Al Musa spoke at the program as special guest while Managing Committee Member Md. Saidur Rahman, Guardian Member Md. Abdul Mannan Sarkar, Dinajpur Academy High School Headmistress Kamrun Nahar, among others, addressed the program.
Collectorate School & College acting Headmaster Md. Akher Ali delivered the welcome speech.
Besides, officials from the Dinajpur district administration, dignitaries, former and current government and private sector officials and employees were present. To mention, Dinajpur Collectorate School & College has been playing a unique role in education, culture and human resource development for more than two decades.
