Women's Football Team undergo fourth training session in Australia

Bangladesh women's football team successfully completed their fourth training session on Monday at Valentine Sports Park (Field 4), continuing at the same scheduled time as part of their ongoing preparations in Sydney.

According to BFF press release, the Tigresses once again demonstrated strong commitment and professionalism throughout the session. The coaching staff placed particular emphasis on tactical organization, compact defending, and attacking transitions. The intensity and discipline displayed on the pitch reflected the team's growing confidence and tactical understanding.

The coaching staff expressed satisfaction with the squad's sharpness and the players' clear understanding of their respective roles within the system. Communication and coordination among the units continue to improve with each session.

Team morale remains high and the players are adapting well to the weather conditions in Sydney. Structured recovery protocols including ice baths and gym-based strength sessions are helping maintain optimal physical standards as the workload increases.

Following the session, team forward Alpi Akter shared her thoughts on the team's preparation, adjustment to the changing weather conditions and her excitement about representing the nation at the highest level. She expressed confidence in the squad's unity and determination as they build towards the tournament.

Earlier, Bangladesh women's football team reached Sydney safely today Friday to participate in the final stage of AFC Women's Asian Cup scheduled to be held in Australia from March 1 to 21, according to a message received here from Bangladesh Football Federation.
