Bangladesh U-20 Women's National Team will face the Vietnam U-20 Women's National Team on Tuesday in their last group stage fixture at Bangkok in Thailand.

The match will be broadcast live on T Sports.

Earlier, Bangladesh suffered a 2-0 goals defeat to strong China in their crucial second group match of the AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup held at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday.

China looked sharp, launching a series of attacks from the very beginning of the match. They pegged Bangladesh in their own half.

But Bangladesh fought neck to neck with China, especially custodian Mile Akter,who was superb under the bar foiling several China's attacks, keeping the score sheet clean till the first half.

After the barren first half, China finally took the lead when Yu Xingyue scored the first goal in the 47th minute.

Aifang Wang sealed the victory scoring the second goal for China in the 82nd minute of the match.

The day's win saw China secured six points from two matches while Bangladesh yet to open their account playing the same number of matches.Bangladesh will play their last group match against Vietnam on April 7.

Earlier, Bangladesh made losing start in the AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup when they suffered a 3-2 goal defeat to host Thailand in their opening group A match held at Thammasat Stadium in Bangkok on last week.

Despite taking lead in the first half, Bangladesh's all effort went in vain as Aripita and Co. failed to keep the tempo and eventually lost the match.
Following attacks and counter attacks, Bangladesh finally took the lead when MstSagoria scored her first goal in the 36th minute.

After resumption, MstSagoria doubled the lead again scoring her second goal for Bangladesh in the 50th minute.

Thailand however staged a brilliant fight back in the match scoring two goals in a span of seven minutes.

KurisaraLimpawanich reduced the margin scoring the first goal for Thailand converting penalty in the 69th minute while RinyaphatMoondong leveled the margin scoring the second goal for the hosts in the 76th minute also from a spot kick.

PitchayathidaManowang sealed the victory scoring the third goal for Thailand in the 79th minute of the match.

Bangladesh however tried their best to stage a fight back in the match, but they could not score any in the remaining proceeding.
