Chinese Ambassador pays courtesy call on PM’s Defence Adviser
A delegation led by the Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, Yao Wen, paid a courtesy call on the Honorable Defence Adviser to the Prime Minister, Brigadier General Dr. A.K.M. Shamsul Islam, PSC, G (Retd.) on Tuesday.
The meeting took place at the office of the Prime Minister’s Defence Adviser at the Armed Forces Division in Dhaka Cantonment.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged greetings and discussed issues related to technological and military cooperation between Bangladesh and China.
They also expressed optimism about further strengthening the existing military ties and strategic partnership between the two friendly countries.
