Chairman of Deshbandhu Food & Beverage Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading industrial enterprises, Mr. Golam Mostafa, is currently on an official visit to Malaysia. The primary objective of this market visit is to expand the market presence of Deshbandhu Group’s products, increase sales, and further strengthen the brand’s position in Malaysia.
According to relevant sources, Deshbandhu Food & Beverage Limited is currently exporting approximately 10 containers of various beverage and food products to Malaysia every month. With the growing demand for Bangladeshi products in the Malaysian market, the company is now planning to expand its business on a larger scale.
During the visit, Chairman Golam Mostafa is participating in several formal meetings and exchange sessions with importers, distributors, and business partners of Deshbandhu products in Malaysia. These meetings focus on future business strategies, market expansion, and the introduction of new products. One of the key discussion points is how to further boost sales of Deshbandhu products in the Malaysian market and enhance brand acceptance among local consumers. Emphasis is also being placed on modern marketing strategies, digital marketing, increasing product presence in supermarkets and retail outlets, and launching new beverage and food items.
It has been observed that Deshbandhu products are gaining increasing popularity not only among Bangladeshi expatriates in Malaysia but also among local consumers. As part of the visit, Chairman Golam Mostafa is also inspecting various wholesale and retail markets across Malaysia. He is visiting sales points and outlets of Deshbandhu Group to observe product displays, customer interest, market demand, and overall sales performance firsthand.
During these market visits, he is exchanging views with sales representatives and relevant officials, emphasizing the importance of maintaining product quality to remain competitive. He also advised on innovating new products based on consumer preferences and market demand. The Chairman also held separate meetings with Deshbandhu’s import partners in Malaysia, Mr. Mohammad Shamsu and Mr. Kawsar Ahmed. These discussions covered import operations, market conditions, potential future investments, and various aspects of business expansion. Business stakeholders believe that this initiative by Deshbandhu Group will further strengthen the position of Bangladeshi products in the Malaysian market. At the same time, it is expected to contribute positively to the country’s foreign currency earnings through increased exports.
