Mosleh Uddin, Shamima Parvin elected Bangladesh Police Service Association President and GS

Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Additional Inspector General of Police and chief of the Crime Investigation Department (CID), has been elected unopposed as the President of the Bangladesh Police Service Association.

Meanwhile, Shamima Parvin, Superintendent of Police (SP) of Dhaka District, has been elected unopposed as the General Secretary of the association.

On Wednesday (13 May 2026), Police Headquarters informed the media about the matter.
