Land service fair inaugurated in Bogura
With the slogan, "Shurokkhito Vumi, Shommriddho Bangladesh" Bogura district administration organized a land service fair-2026 at DC Office premise on Tuesday morning. Member of Parliament (MP) of Bogura-06 Rezaul Karim Badsha inaugurated the fair while Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md. Toufiqur Rahman was in the chair.
Previously, the country-wide land service fair was inaugurated virtually by the chief guest of the programme and the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Tarique Rahman.
The land service fair was inaugurated by releasing balloons, festoons of the fair by the guests.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Mirza Sayem Mahmud, DD (LG) of Bogura Razia Sultana, ADC (Revenue) PM Imrul Kayes, Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Abdul Wazed and Sadar Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Polash Chandra Das, Sub-register Animesh Kumar Paul, BNP leader Tahauddin Nayeen, and BNP town unit organizing secretary Solaiman Ali and other high officials of the district administration were present at the fair.
Later, a colourful rally was brought by the stakeholders of the fair and marched past in the main road of the city. The guests finally visited the stalls of the fair in the premise of district administration in Bogura.
