New CDA chairman Udbatul Bari visits CDA temporary office
Newly appointed Chairman of Cumilla Development Authority (CDA) Udbatul Bari Abu on Tuesday visited the temporary office of the authority located in the three-storey building of the Cumilla Public Works Department. During the visit, he discussed with the concerned officials about the ongoing and future development plans of Cumilla city, infrastructural development and various initiatives taken to improve the quality of citizen services.
At this time, the Chairman exchanged views with the Superintendent Engineer of Cumilla Public Works Circle Md. Osman Gani. The discussion included detailed discussions on the planned and sustainable development of the city, the progress of various projects, modernization of urban management and the possibility of implementing new projects.
Cumilla South District BNP General Secretary Ashiqur Rahman Mahmud, VP Wasim, Executive Engineer of Cumilla Public Works Department Nazmul Hasan Hira and other officials of the department. At that time, the speakers emphasized on taking coordinated initiatives to develop Cumilla as a modern, planned and livable city. The newly appointed Chairman Udbatul Bari Abu expressed his determination to make the overall development activities of Cumilla more dynamic and people-oriented and sought the cooperation of all concerned for this purpose.
