BAT Bangladesh names Raiyan Ahmed Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion
BAT Bangladesh PLC has appointed Raiyan Ahmed as Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion, effective from June 1, 2026, assigning him the responsibility of leading the company’s talent, culture and inclusion agenda.
In his new role, Raiyan will oversee initiatives related to talent management, workplace culture and inclusion, while supporting leadership development and fostering an environment where employees feel supported, connected and valued.
Raiyan brings 13 years of experience within the BAT Group, having held a range of leadership and management positions across BAT Bangladesh and the Asia Pacific & Middle East Regional Headquarters in Hong Kong.
